Whenever possible, we meet a family face-to-face to discuss recruiting, the family’s / student-athlete’s hopes and expectations, the recruiting process as a whole, and the myths / realities of recruiting.  When a face-to-face meeting is impractical due to distance, we can communicate by phone, email, webcam, etc.

After the initial meeting, we create a detailed profile of the student-athlete’s strengths, abilities, and accomplishments.  This includes not only athletic information, but academic, and extracurricular information as well.  Then the profile is distributed directly to college coaches.  When there is substantial new information available, we update the profile and redistribute it.

Finally, we spend as much time as the family / student-athlete needs to navigate the recruiting process.  This component of the service is crucial to successful recruiting – it’s one thing to be contacted by college coaches, but it’s quite another to know how to proceed from there. 

We also offer highlight video production services; however, this is a separate service for which there is a fee.
